Qualifications

Required Experience

• 5+ years of UK mortgage administration experience within a brokerage, lender, mortgage advisory, or regulated financial services environment
• Strong hands-on experience with major UK lender portals, including Halifax, Santander, NatWest, Nationwide, and HSBC
• Proven experience processing Decisions in Principle (DIPs), full mortgage applications, and end-to-end case management through completion
• Solid understanding of FCA-regulated mortgage processes, compliance requirements, and mortgage documentation standards
• Experience completing fact finds, preparing suitability documentation, and supporting mortgage advisers throughout the application process
• Strong CRM, mortgage case management, and stakeholder coordination skills across lenders, solicitors, estate agents, and clients
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar platforms to improve efficiency and workflow management

Highly Preferred

• 10+ years of UK mortgage administration experience
• Experience handling protection and insurance administration
• Familiarity with GoHighLevel CRM and UK mortgage network environments such as PRIMIS
• Experience supporting self-employed, contractor, business owner, high-net-worth, or complex income mortgage clients
• Experience supporting directly authorised advisers or appointed representatives (ARs)

Responsibilities

• Prepare mortgage suitability letters and fact-find documentation for adviser review
• Submit Decisions in Principle (DIPs) and full mortgage applications through major UK lender portals
• Manage mortgage cases from application through offer, completion, and post-submission follow-ups
• Coordinate with lenders, solicitors, estate agents, protection providers, and clients to keep cases progressing smoothly
• Monitor outstanding requirements, resolve delays, and provide timely client updates
• Support protection and insurance administration and maintain accurate case records
• Manage and optimize workflows within CRM platforms, including GoHighLevel
• Leverage AI tools to improve documentation quality, productivity, and process efficiency
• Ensure all activities comply with FCA regulations and internal quality standards
